Reefer unit hours matter more than mileage — a unit over 15,000 hrs is nearing rebuild. Ask for the hour meter reading and recent service records.
Inspect Insulation & Walls
Look for soft spots, frost buildup, and gaps in the foam. Compromised insulation kills temperature control and fuel efficiency.
